There are many types of Fein MultiMaster Blades. There are cutting blades, scraping blades, teak blades, saw blades, E cut blades, and regrout blades. The Fein MultiMaster Cutting Blades can be used for numerous types of cutting tasks including removing linoleum and carpet and the breakdown of cardboard boxes. The convex knife is used for cutting rigid materials against a flat surface. This knife is ideal for cutting wire mesh, cardboard, carpet, leather, and linoleum. The segmented concave knife is used for cutting roll stock or flexible, soft materials. This knife is ideal for cutting cardboard tubing, flooring on the roll, and polystyrene foam.

The Fein MultiMaster Scraping Blades are useful anywhere that you can use a putty knife. You can easily scrape old wallpaper, undercoating, or paint. This blade is ideal for removing old caulking and lifting linoleum. You will be able to remove glued carpeting easier, safer, and faster than with scraping with any other scraping tool. Simply apply light pressure, guide the tool in the right direction, and let the oscillation do all of the work. The rigid scraper blade is useful for tough jobs such as lifting tape and carpet, linoleum, adhesive residue, carpet, and paint. This blade is great for the removal of hardened caulking that is old and if it gets dull it can be re sharpened. The flexible scraper blades works the best on any smooth, flat surface that will scratch easily such as tile surfaces and glass. This blade can be used for the removal of sealants, stickers, adhesive, paint, and silicone caulking.

Fein Teak Blades can be used for removing caulking from in between the boards of a deck. The blades are available in three widths including 5mm, 4mm, and 3mm. The blade will scoop out the old caulking because the end of the blade is shaped like a U and it will leave sufficient room to reapply the new caulking. In order to prevent damage to your decking, you should choose a blade that is slightly smaller that the caulk line that you want to remove. It’s the easiest and fastest way to remove old caulk.

Fein MultiMaster saw blades can be used for sawing all soft materials such as putty and wood. The High Speed Steel (HSS) saw blades can also be used to cut sheet metal up to 1mm thick, carbon fiber, and fiberglass. The Recessed saw blades allow work to be carried out that is flush to the surface. The Segmented saw blades enable the user to produce right angled cuts without overcutting.

Fein MultiMaster E cut blades can be use in place of a jamb saw or handsaw when there’s not much room to maneuver. These blades are ideal for plunge cut applications, flooring work, toe kicks, baseboards, and doorjambs.

Rein MultiMaster regrout carbide saw blades are the neatest and easiest way to remove broken tiles. The blade will grind the grout out and isolate the broken tile so that it can be removed easily. The blades are available in 3 different widths to accommodate nearly any tile installation. The grout blades can be used to skim out old grout for replacement. You can stretch your remodeling and renovation dollars by replacing cracked and stained grout with new grout very inexpensively. The Diamond Blades should be used for especially grout jobs that are tough.
